I mean not even having a kitchen sink or the power to get water from there is terrible.  And I'm lamentable just I REFUSE to drink water from a bathroom sink.  Yep I know I castor my teeth there and yes I know it's the same h2o supply that feeds my kitchen stuff but…information technology's the bathroom! About an hour goes by and I hear the timer going off…from the bedroom.As I was walking downwards the hall to my room y'all could smell the short ribs cooking and folks permit me tell y'all what, without sounding weird or creepy, the smells coming from my chamber were AMAZING!  Yeah go on, you can giggle and enhance an countenance.  Trust me, I giggled too as I was typing it.  But OMG the scent of those short ribs were something short of divine!

When I opened up the lid I was hit with a waft of beefy goodness that you just could non deny.  After nearly 10 or and then everything was done and I had "set" the floor for the states to eat.  Since we actually can't access our dining room due to all the crap from the kitchen beingness loaded in at that place plus the dust we ended up having a 'picnic' style dinner on the bedroom floor.  And so to set the mood I lit some candles, put on the white racket machine to give u.s. some background sounds and called him into the bedroom.

Whether you lot have a kitchen or not you can still make this – well okay you need a pressure cooker obviously but trust me, y'all're going to fall in love with this recipe and force per unit area cooking!

Ingredients

  • 3 large boneless beef brusk ribs (almost 2 1/2 pounds)
  • three/4 cup apple tree cider (non vinegar)
  • 1 loving cup yellow onion, rough chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beefiness broth
  • i/2 cup flour
  • i one/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 2 tablespoon butter, unsalted
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 whole carrots, cutting 3-4" sections
  • ii golden yellow potatoes, cutting into 2" cubes
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Fix your Gas Pressure Cooker pot over medium loftier oestrus and add the butter and oil. If using an Electrical Pressure Cooker with a browning function, plow it on to brown.

  4. Identify the carrots and potatoes into steamer basket for your pressure cooker and identify it into the pressure level cooker and sprinkle on the remaining bit of salt and pepper.
